Terms & Conditions

Bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to re-sell your place.  We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if cast members, whether advertised or not, are unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Whilst the coach company endeavour to get us to the show in plenty of time,  should we be delayed through circumstances beyond their control, Peter Godward coaches or Luxford Theatre Trips will not be held accountable for any losses incurred including ticket cost.

Should the venue cancel the show prior to our departure a full refund will be given.

Should the venue cancel the show once we are enroute a refund will be made minus £20 coach fee.

Any person arriving at the coach intoxicated will be refused travel with no refund.

Any person refused entry to the theatre will be bound by the venues terms and conditions and will not be refunded for their ticket.

It is your responsibility to arrive back at the coach within 20 minutes of the show finishing unless otherwise stipulated. If this is a problem, please telephone me.

Failure to get on the return coach within this time without voice contact, (we will make every effort to reach you by phone) will result in the coach leaving without you and there will be no refund.

If you are a nervous traveller and worried you may not find your way to the coach, please have a chat with the host and don’t worry we will arrange to help you back to the coach.

Unless otherwise stipulated, you can leave belongings on the coach, these will be at your own risk so would advise against any valuables.
