Do we have time for something to eat before the show?
Traffic permitting, we generally aim to arrive 2 hours before the show.
When will we get our tickets?
Tickets are given to you on the coach.
Can you recommend a restaurant?
As everybody’s taste and budget is different, it is impossible to know what would suit you. The address of the venue is given with each event. Please google eating places in and around the venue.
Will we be dropped right outside the theatre?
Unless otherwise stated in show description the coach will drop within a six minute walk according to google maps.
Is there a toilet on the coach?
Yes.
Can we leave belongings on the coach?
Yes, at your own risk so please no valuables.
What if I can no longer go, will I get a refund?
Tickets are non refundable but we will try and sell your ticket for you. If we sell it there will be a 10% admin fee deducted or the offer to move the full credit to another show.
What if the show is cancelled?
If the venue cancels the show prior to the coach leaving there will be a full refund. If the coach has already arrived at the venue there will be the option to move full credit to another date or a refund minus £10pp.
